In 1992, he founded ABC Tool & Die Co. in Eugene, Oregon, where he has provided precision machining, tooling development, repair, reverse engineering, and custom manufacturing solutions for more than three decades.

Throughout his career, Andrew has supported companies ranging from small local manufacturers to large industrial organizations, including high-volume production environments and advanced technology companies.
